Changing your diet can be a bit mind-blowing, and very challenging to do it alone.  I can be by your side for as long as you need, to ensure you opt for the healthiest options.  We will look at balancing micronutrients to support your new diet, and ensuring you will be giving your body a good amount of vital vitamins and minerals. I will help towards giving you the confidence to go it alone, knowing what to look for when reading food labels and when putting meals together.

I will provide you with alternative ingredients to fit into your new diet, assisting you with your  meal choices, explaining nutritional benefits and necessities.  
I will also provide you with a detailed and flexible meal plan to follow and adapt.
