Weight Loss Course
8 WEEKS
 

My weight loss plan for you will consist of calorie counting, nutrition monitoring and daily activity monitoring.  I will help you towards your goal weight through diet alone.

Week 1 - 2

We will cut the calories in a comfortable, gradual way, until we reach your Recommended Daily Allowance.  You will still be eating all the foods you normally eat, with minor adaptations to assist in forming new diet habits.

 

Week 3 - Week 4

We will remain at RDA, but focus moreso on foods eaten.  This will include alternative ingredients, certain eliminations, and understanding your body’s macronutrient requirements.

 

Week 5 - Week 6

The cut.  Now that your body is used to a new diet nutritionally, we will cut down the calories to encourage a further drop of lbs.  

 

Week 7 - Week 8

Back to normality.  Everything you’ve learnt and enjoyed living by over the course needs to be an easy habit to continue with.  We will create a diet plan from what we have learnt over the past weeks that ensures you will never feel deprived, including food and drinks which you love, and will continue to eat healthily in order to maintain a healthy weight.
