Planning meals for a number of people all with different lifestyles and tastes can be stressful and result in resorting to unhealthy, convenient options in order to keep everyone happy.  With this course, the result is to prevent that mindset!  Let me coach you all for two weeks, and bring some structure to mealtimes as a family.

WEEK 1

In the first week, I will give you family meal ideas for each day of the week, which link with your family’s lifestyle, likes and dislikes, and convenience.  Each individual member will be considered in meals.  I will include nutritionally balanced ingredients to promote a balanced diet for everyone, ensuring that you understand the benefits.

 

WEEK 2

In the second week, I will provide more meal ideas. After discussing the success of week one we will adapt to that.  By the end of this week, you will have a pack of meal ideas that will all be personalised to your family, be as nutritious as possible, and will hopefully continue.
