HEALTHY EATING
3 WEEKS COURSE
 

You may be someone who hasn’t any need to lose weight, but you eat meals with no or low nutritional value, usually because of convenience or cravings.  This may result in illnesses due to lack of micronutrients, but will also mean that your current energy and mental wellbeing is far from healthy, maybe without you even realising it.  Calorie counting will not be a consideration for this plan, just packing in the nutrients in the easiest of ways. For three weeks, I will coach you and adapt your diet so it works for you and your lifestyle.  I will focus on individual meals, rather than a daily plan.

Week 1

After looking at your current diet, I will present you with certain adaptations that will balance out macronutrients and ensure you are getting necessary micronutriets into your diet.

 

Week 2

After the first week, you should feel a lot healthier in many ways.  We will continue this similarly for the second week. Extra focus will be on getting vitamins and minerals into each of your meals.  We will discuss the level of convenience needed for you for each meal, and discuss advanced meal preparation.

 

Week 3

This is the week we will make sure you can continue with your new-found nutritional knowledge and use it to continue in the future.  We will ensure your plan for this week is easy, understandable and the most enjoyable for you! We will conclude with your favourite meals of the plan, and I will leave with you with further suggestions that go well with your lifestyle.
