Which course is for me?

Weight Loss - if you are overweight or obese.

Healthy Eating - if you don't eat well, usually for convenience, and it's affecting your health: you're underweight, tired, poorly often, etc.  This is a great course for those who struggle to eat due to work life.  Weight loss goals can be incorporated if you only want to lose a couple of pounds.

Family Meal Planning - if you eat as a family, or struggle to prepare healthy meals for individuals in the household that all live different lives.
Diet Change - if you want to drastically change your eating habits that will affect nutritional content of meals such as going plant-based, or changing your macronutrient balance.

Will I have to follow a meal plan?

It's up to you.  I know that sounds odd, but some people love a strict plan to follow, and others want to be more flexible when it comes to their meals.  You need to be happy and find a new diet easy to adapt to, so I will help in whichever way is certain to get results.  I can either construct a meal plan, or make a build-your-own style of daily plan with ingredients and meal ideas.

Can I do a plan with a friend/partner?
No.  I'm not being harsh, I promise.  I want to give absolutely personalised nutritional advice and guidelines to meet individual goals, and no two people are the same.  In my Family Meal Planning course, I take time to consider each member of the household, and this is aimed at providing nutritional meals to be cooked for more than one person. 

If you have a friend who wants to do a course with you, such as to lose weight or go vegan together, for example, I can consider a discount if you join up together.

Will you make me exercise?

Nope.  Obviously exercise is a calorie burner, and benefits all systems of the body, but I focus on nutrition alone!  Especially with weight loss plans, exercise is often encouraged really heavily which I feel makes failure more than likely if you don't enjoy it - I've been there!
(I am currently training to be a Personal Trainer, so if you would like any fitness advice or exercise plans, I'll throw it in for free before I'm qualified!)

How much weight could I lose?

This totally depends on the person.  I can give a prediction during the consultation.  Please be aware that I only focus on weight loss goals on the Weight Loss course.

How much will my new shopping lists cost?

I will adapt to your financial budget.  I'm an absolute pro at feeding myself for a month on £40, if you're worried about cost.  I know all the tricks!

How can I contact you?

Whilst on a course with me, I will be contactable via phone and text/WhatsApp around the clock - maybe if you're shopping and need advice, or are cooking and unsure about an ingredient.  

We will have scheduled weekly check-ins too.  These are important for me to know how you are getting on with your diet, and if I can make any changes as early on as possible.
